There are many issues that might contribute to having your credit card declined. Beyond the possibility of not enough funds in your account, there are a few things that could have gone wrong.
- Did you enter the right card number? Please try typing in your card number again (don't just cut and paste).
- Did you enter in the right CVV number? this is the last three digits in the signature slot on the back of your card. It's usually the first thing to get rubbed off and can be very difficult to read. Try holding up your card at an angle to a bright light to see if you can read the number better.
- There might be server issues. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
If nothing seems to work, there might be an issue with your card. Please check with your bank to make sure there are no holds on this card preventing you from making an online purchase.
